This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry at the instance of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complain given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and that they have not harassed the petitioner. Thereafter, the main complaint itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders.
