By order, dated 13.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the cases within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.

2. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.489, dated 12.06.2024, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order, dated 13.12.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Additional District Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai, time is extended further for a period of six months.
