ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the 2nd respondent's impugned proceedings C.No.15/5126/A4/2024 dated 08.08.2024 and also to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post Grade-II Police Constable along with their recruited batch in the year of 2001-2002 in the appropriate place with attendant, monetary and service benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
