ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10305 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.831 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition No.5(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10305 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.831 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the I Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
