This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner being a senior citizen under the guise of enquiry on the alleged online complaint of the second respondent herein, on the basis of the representation dated 26.11.2024. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they issued summon to the petitioner but he did not appear and the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. However, they will consider the representation of the petitioner and will dispose of the same within a period of one [1] week. 2/5

3.Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner is only as against the first respondent and the first respondent also stated that they have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint given by the second respondent they called the petitioner for enquiry. Recording the said submission of Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 04.03.2025 Index : Yes / No MR 3/5
