The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.T.C.No.176 of 2023, on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District. 2.The points raised by the petitioner are factual in nature and cannot be entertained in this quash petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.However, since the case is pending from 2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an early disposal. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
