This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.83 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri. 1/3

2. When the matter came up on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri. He has sent a report dated 08.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.83 of 2022 within a period of five (5) months. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, is requested to dispose of O.S.No.83 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
