ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No. 195 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Nanguneri.

2. When the matter came up on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri. The learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, has sent a report dated 08.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.195 of 2020 within a period of five months. Consequently, the 1/3

learned Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, is requested to dispose of O.S.No. 195 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
