ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry pursuant to the receipt in C.S.R.No. 624 of 2023 dated 12.08.2023, on the file of the respondent herein for the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.08.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in the very same complaint, the petitioner sought two prayers. One is for police protection and another for conducting enquiry in the complaint. In respect of two reliefs, he filed separate petitions before this Court. One in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21583 of 2023, seeking the very same relief. That was disposed of on 13.02.2023. After that this petition has been filed seeking very same relief, but, in the different form to conduct the enquiry in his complaint. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties, the complaint was closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3.In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. If the petitioner still aggrieved, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
