O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court Thiruppuvanam, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.125 of 2021 within the time fixed by this Court in the interest of justice.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the above said trial process is under way, it is posted for appearance of accused on 26.12.2023 and it will be complete within a period of five months.

3. Let the above said trial process be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
