2. The petitioner can very well avail the appeal remedy. If the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without any reference to limitation.

3. The agricultural service connection has already been disconnected. Restoration of the connection will abide by the outcome of the final order to be passed by the appellate authority. As far as the commercial connection is concerned, it shall not be disconnected for a period of four weeks. Whether it should be disconnected or not will abide by the outcome of the interim order to be passed by the appellate authority.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions and the defences of the petitioner are left open. This writ petitioner stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
