Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No. 346 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner/A2, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 346 of 2024 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
