O R D E R

This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioners property, situated in S.No.408/1, Kombaipatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2023, within a time frame, as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/5

petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents seeking police protection for the petitioner's property on 29.09.2023. The private respondents causing disturbances to his property. Since the above said representation was not considered, the petitioner is now before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent in CSR.No.1034 of 2023.

4.Let the above said representation made by the petitioner dated 29.09.2023, be disposed of by the third respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, by summoning both parties and also by ascertaining the ground situation, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
