The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused in C.C.No.147 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.147 of 2013 as illegal.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 06.11.2015 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners are acquitted from all the charges.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
