ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to erect the Anaithu India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kalagam (AIADMK) Party's Flag Pole at Ward No.74, Bus Stop, Opposite to Jeyam Theatre, Bye-Pass Road, Palanganatham, Madurai City.

2.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, submits that the first respondent has rejected the request made by the petitioner.

3.Recording the above said submission, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
