ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 2017/A3/2023 dated 23.06.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent.
2.The impugned order is passed under Section 77(A) and the same is passed without jurisdiction. Therefore, the impugned order is set aside. If the parties are aggrieved regarding the title, they are at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed.
