(i)To include relevent penal sections 307, 506(ii) IPC in column No.2(i).

(ii)To include the names of the accused 1 to 10 (in column No.7) (iii)To include time of occurrence as 8.30 AM in Column No.3(a) (iv)To include Date of Complaint as on 01.09.2013 around 9.00 A.M in Column No.3(b).

(v) To include Place of Occurrence and Distance from P.S. as 100 Meter in Column No.5 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this court. This petition is filed to direct the respondent to rectify the errors found in 3rd respondents FIR in Crime No.306 of 2013, dated 03.09.2013, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.09.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case against the accused persons in respect of Crime No.306 of 2013 ended in conviction. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
