O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 31.07.2013.

2.A representation has been sent by the writ petitioner contending that in the month of July 2013, D.A was revised to 90%. However, when gratuity amount was disbursed to him, D.A was calculated only at the rate of 80%. Therefore, in the said representation, the petitioner has prayed for releasing the balance 10% of the D.A amount.

3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 07.03.2023 and if he is found eligible, shall disburse the said amount, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
