Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13047 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025. .
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13047 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, as and when required for interrogation. 2/4
