The present writ petition has been filed by a Selection Grade Driver, who attained superannuation in the month of November 2019. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, earned leave and medical leave were adjusted with an instruction that the same can be encashed at the time of retirement. However, the said amount was not disbursed. On the said basis, the petitioner has sent a representation on 24.03.2023 to the respondents.

3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2023 and disburse the amount if he is found eligible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
