These Petitions are filed (1) to declare and record the Petitioner as major in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (2) to declare and record the Petitioner as major in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and to exonerate the Petitioner from the guardianship of minors R2 and R3 in the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the Petitions and on being satisfied with the same, these Petitions are ordered 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendmens in the appeal papers.
