This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.11.2023 and to take action against the 4th and 5th respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that making some allegations against the respondents 3 and 4 the petitioner given representation to the respondent police on 10.11.2023. Seeking action on his representation, this petition came to be filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2023 is still pending for enquiry.

4. Let the petitioner's complaint be enquired by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondent and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
