ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1068 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, insofar as "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police for the period of 30 days at 10.00 a.m.,".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed through e-filing on 19.09.2025.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, in Crl.M.P.No.1068 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025, is relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
