PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose the appeal in Na.Ka.A3/419/2025 and to cancel the patta number 2129 issued in respect of the S.No.305/1B and to restore the patta No.603 in the name of the two persons namely, 1. Ulaganathan and 2. Saroja Ammal in respect of the property in S.No. 305/1 to the total extent of 1.28 acres eastern side portion situated at 1/3
Kondanagaram Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
