ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to 1/4

direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation date 25.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.371 of 2024 for the offence of job rocketeering. Therefore, they searched the petitioner for investigation purpose and the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and already based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent registered a case in Crime No.327 of 2024 and for investigation purpose, they called the petitioner, recording the above said submission of the Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. 26.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes 2/4
