ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to register the sale deed of the petitioner in respect of Survey No.18/8A and 18/8C of Kutithinni Village, Sivagangai District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2024 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
