The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.582 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B)of NDPS Act, 1985 has approached this Court, seeking bail. 2.This is the third application filed by this petitioner, seeking bail. Earlier 1/3

bail applications have been dismissed by this Court on 20.06.2024 and 25.10.2024, considering the bar under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 3.Today (10.01.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that in the bail application filed by the co-accused, this Court directed the trial Court to conclude the trial in CC No.170 of 2024 in a speedy manner and accordingly, the trial has also been commenced.
