PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to update the FMB sketch pertaining to the Vadakkupatti Village, Erakudi North, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District by mentioning the existence of the pathway in Survey No.318/16 by considering the petitioner representation dated 26.03.2023. ORDER

After submitting a representation dated 26.03.2023 seeking updating of the FMB sketch, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He points out that inquiry is ongoing and that the petitioner's representation would be disposed of on merits within 12 weeks. 3.In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the inquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
