ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his retirements due to him have not been paid, has filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent corporation on written instructions to from the Assistant Manager (P&L) submits that the benefits due to the petitioner have been settled as under:

"1.Difference of gratuity of Rs.1,16,398/- was paid by cheque No.893824, dated 22.10.2019.

2.Difference of leave salary of Rs.46,597/- was paid by cheque No.985709, dated 19.09.2019.

3.Salary arrears of Rs.13,689/- was paid through ECS to the petitioner's bank account."

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
