Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s): Mr.J. Lawrance Prayer:To amend the prayer portion of the above Writ Petition as Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the 6th respondents impugned letter of withdrawal of Land Acquisition with regard to the petitioner land an extent of 0.01.70 Hectares comprised in Survey No.826/2A at Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 6215/2018/Aa2 dated 14.02.2023 and the Impugned Government Order passed by the 7th Respondent vide G.O (Ms).No.115, dated 28.07.

2023 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to disburse the compensation amount for acquisition of the petitioner above said land as per the award passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6215/2018/Aa2, dated 31.01.2022 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter on 10.02.2026.
