ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint given by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. However, the main complaint itself was closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and the 2nd respondent has also denied the alleged harassment, and they called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
