ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. EDDY AND EMBBOSS Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.MURUGAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent the Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalfk of the both sides submitted that the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre, in order to settle the dispute between the parties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegation, this Court is of th opinion that the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. The petitioner and the second respondent is directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15.03.2011.
