ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondent to proceed with further investigation in Crime No. 195 of 2022 and to file final report in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case the respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. The RCS notice also served to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
