ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders to transfer the investigation of Cr.No. 195/2022 from the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the file of the third respondent or any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case the fifth respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. The RCS notice also served to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
