PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.257 of 2008 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ 1st accused herein, who was arrested on 07.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 366 and 376(i) of IPC, in Crime No.257 of 2008 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and is no way connected with alleged occurrence.

3. The earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11589 of 2023, directing the trial Court to complete the trial process within a period of three months. Thereafter, another bail application filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed on 25.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13314 of 2023.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial process is almost over and only the examination of Investigation Officer is pending.

5. Even though the matter is of the year 2008, the trial could not be completed. Let the above said trial process be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above said direction, this petition is dismissed. I find no reason to entertain this petition at this stage.
