ORDER

The contempt petition is filed, bringing to the notice of this Court about the willful disobedience of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 16986 of 2023. By the order dated 22.09.2023, this Court directed the respondent police to file charge sheet before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the charge sheet was not presented, the present contempt petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the charge sheet is filed on 18.04.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, vide E.filing No.CC-LTN-2022 000 1861, C2024 00152. 3.Considering the fact that the charge sheet is filed in the Month of April itself, the concerned Court is requested to scrutinize the final report and take it on file without any further delay. In view thereof, the order has since been complied with, I do not find any further ground to proceed further with the contempt petition.
