ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint submitted through online on the file of the second respondent to any other Investigation Agency which is under the control of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the main petition itself was 2/4

closed after enquiry.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 21.04.2026 apd To
