O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct further investigation in connection with Cr.No. 978/2023 on the file of respondent police based on the order passed in HCP.No.1324/2023 dt 02.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the victim is missing for the third time from the house of the petitioner. First two times she was secured. On these two times also this petitioner moved Habeus Corpus Petition before this Court and they were disposed of either on the ground of withdrawal or on ground of account of submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Madurai Bench of Madras High Court,Madurai. For the third time the victim is missing. He further submitted that the victim alleged to have been missing along with one kaleeswari and now she also changed gender. Whereabouts could not be located since the mobile phone is switched off. The last tower location shows Bangalore circle and efforts are being made to secure both of them. She also reported to be major. Let the complaint may be investigation and completed within three months. 2/4
