Heard both sides.

2. This application has been filed to review the order dated 26.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.17263 of 2024 filed by the petitioner to conduct survey.

3. Survey was already conducted. I make it clear that the writ petitioner cannot put up any fencing by taking advantage of the survey results. Likewise, the survey results will not have any bearing on the pending civil suit.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this review application is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
