ORDER

This petition is filed to seek an extension of one month for the payment of third installment, as per the order passed in W.P(MD) No. 12304 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025.

2.This Court, by order dated 04.06.2025 in W.P(MD) No.12304 of 2025, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.18 of 2017, in three installments as detailed below: i) Rs.10,00,000/- on or before 31.06.2025 ii) Rs.6,50,000/- on or before 31.08.2025 iii) Rs.6,50,000/- on or before 31.10.2025 3.Admittedly, the petitioner has paid two installments, namely Rs.10,00,000 and Rs.6,50,000/- as directed by this Court. 2/4

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner fell ill and that he is taking treatment and hence, the petitioner requires further time to arrange the balance sum of Rs.6,50,000/-. 5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court extends the time till 28.11.2025 for making the last installment of Rs.6,50,000/-. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
