This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.441 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.441 of 2013, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 28.12.2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
