(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The order under challenge is the sale notice issued by the Financial Institution, namely, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd.. An appeal lies to the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal as against this order under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act. Therefore, ten (10) days time is granted to the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal for the purpose of obtaining any interim relief. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
