[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 110 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent have not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Though the third respondent has been served and his name has been printed in the cause list, he has not appeared either in person or through his counsel.

4. Since there is no objection on the part of the respondents 1 & 2 for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 110 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
