4.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that mere filing of charge sheet would not deny the right of a person to challenge FIR, when the foundational facts are demolished, there shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C.No.1409 of 2023 before the 2/4
