This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent in H.S.No.01 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to dealt with representation made by the 2/4

petitioner on 17.11.2023 in line with the guidelines issued by this Court in Thirumagan vs The Superintendent Of Police, reported in 2018(4) MLJ Crl. 585 and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
