This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.387 of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent and to investigate into the same with any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and to direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation of the case. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 2nd respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Mistake of Fact'.
