This petition has been filed to call for the proceedings pertaining to S.C.No.191 of 2009 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the first accused in S.C.No.191 of 2009 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the said S.C. and to quash the same as illegal. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that on 25.04.2016 itself, the said case was disposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin and all the accused in this case including the petitioner herein were acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
