ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the first respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Cr.No.15 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
