This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court dated 24.04.2024 in CrlOP(MD)No.4518 of 2024 has not been complied with. 2.When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, it is reported that the present Inspector of Police has assumed office only on 31.07.2024, the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in CC.No.67 of 2025. 3.Though the respondents claim that the present Inspector of Police has assumed office only on 31.07.2024, there is lapse on the part of the investigating officers from the year 2019.
