This petition has been filed to give suitable direction so as to effect the provisions under Cr.P.C. whether the case in S.T.C.No.284/2010 of Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy may be tried jointly or separately and direct speedy disposal of the case to secure the ends of justice considering the complainant's HIV decease.

2. In the previous hearing date, i.e., on 03.06.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
